Directions and Location

Newhouse periodontics is located at 4731 Cochise Dr., in the Cliffside Professional Building on the southwest corner of the intersection of I-470 (M291) and US Hwy 40, in Independence, MO.

The office is at southeast corner in suite 210, at the south end of the second floor.

From the west (downtown Kansas City, I-35, I-29)

Proceed East on Interstate 70 through Independence to the I-470/M-291 south exit.

Exit to the south onto I-470/M-291 and stay in the right lane, immediately exiting onto US Hwy 40. Turn right onto US Hwy 40 and move immediately to the left lane. The first light is Cliff Drive, opposite the entrance to Bass Pro Shops. Turn Left and immediately take the first left at Fall Drive to where it ends at Cochise Dr.. Turn right, and then immediately left into the parking lot of the Cliffside Professional building. Newhouse Periodontics is on the 2nd floor on the Southeast corner.

From the North (I-435 via I-70)

Proceed south I-70 East and follow the directions above

From the East (Blue Springs, Grain Valley, Oak Grove)

Proceed West on Interstate 70 through Blue Springs to the I-470/M-291 south exit.

Exit to the south onto I-470/M-291 and move immediately to the right lane, immediately exiting onto US Hwy 40. Turn right onto US Hwy 40 and move immediately to the left lane. The first light is Cliff Drive, opposite the entrance to Bass Pro Shops. Turn Left and immediately take the first left at Fall Drive to where it ends at Cochise Dr.. From the South (I-435/I-470)

Follow I-435 East to I-470 East (& North) to the US Hwy 40 Exit. Exit to the north on US Hwy 40 and turn left. Proceed under the Hwy (I-470) underpass to the first intersection at Cliff Drive, opposite the entrance to Bass Pro Shops. Turn Left and immediately take the first left at Fall Drive to where it ends at Cochise Dr.. Turn right, and then immediately left into the parking lot of the Cliffside Professional building. Newhouse Periodontics is on the 2nd floor on the Southeast corner.
